Terms of Service
The terms that govern access to and use of AutoJev.
Last updated: 2026-09-19
Acceptance of Terms
By accessing or using the AutoJev website, hosted MCP server, APIs, playground, skills, or related services (collectively, the "Service"), you agree to these Terms of Service. If you use the Service for an organization, you represent that you have authority to bind that organization. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.
Description of Service
AutoJev provides a hosted decision layer that helps AI agents request structured routing, guardrail, verification, and related outputs. Results are probabilistic decision support, not a guarantee of accuracy, safety, legality, or fitness for a particular purpose. AutoJev does not replace human review where law, policy, or material risk requires it.
We may improve, modify, suspend, or discontinue parts of the Service. We will provide reasonable notice of material changes where practical.
User Accounts
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of account credentials and API keys, limiting their permissions, and for activity under your account. Do not expose secret keys in browser code, public repositories, prompts, or client-side applications. Notify us promptly of unauthorized use and rotate affected keys.
Acceptable Use
You agree not to:
- Violate any applicable laws or regulations.
- Infringe on the intellectual property or other rights of any party.
- Attempt to gain unauthorized access to our systems or data.
- Interfere with or disrupt the integrity or performance of the service.
- Use the service to send spam, malware, or other harmful content.
- Circumvent rate limits, access controls, billing controls, or safety mechanisms.
- Use decision outputs as the sole basis for actions that require qualified professional or legally mandated human judgment.
Your Responsibilities
You are responsible for the agents, workflows, data, policies, and actions you connect to AutoJev. You must review outputs appropriately, test integrations before production use, and ensure that you have the rights and lawful basis to submit request data. You remain responsible for decisions and actions taken by your systems, even when informed by an AutoJev response.
Payment and Billing
If you purchase a paid plan or usage, the price, billing interval, included limits, and applicable taxes will be shown before purchase. Unless stated otherwise at checkout, fees are non-refundable except where required by law. You are responsible for accurate billing information and authorized use of the selected payment method.
Intellectual Property
The Service, website, APIs, documentation, brands, and underlying software are proprietary to AutoJev and its licensors and are protected by intellectual property laws. AutoJev is not offered as open-source software. These Terms grant only a limited, revocable, non-exclusive, non-transferable right to access and use the Service as documented; they do not grant access to or a license for AutoJev source code.
You retain ownership of content you submit. You grant us the limited rights necessary to process that content and operate, secure, and improve the Service as described in the Privacy Policy.
Third-Party Services
The Service may rely on third-party hosting, model, authentication, analytics, or payment providers. Their services may be governed by separate terms. We are not responsible for third-party services outside our control.
Termination
We may suspend or terminate access if you violate these Terms, create security or legal risk, fail to pay amounts due, or materially disrupt the Service. You may stop using the Service at any time. Sections that by their nature should survive termination, including intellectual property, disclaimers, and liability limitations, will continue to apply.
Disclaimers
To the maximum extent permitted by law, the Service is provided "as is" and "as available." We disclaim implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, non-infringement, and uninterrupted or error-free operation. You are responsible for validating outputs before relying on them.
Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, AutoJev will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages, or for loss of profits, data, goodwill, or business opportunity arising from use of or inability to use the Service. Where liability cannot be excluded, AutoJev's aggregate liability will not exceed the amount you paid for the Service during the 12 months before the event giving rise to the claim.
Changes to These Terms
We may modify these Terms at any time. We will notify users of any material changes by updating the date at the top of this page and, where appropriate, sending a notice through the service.
