AutoJev respects your privacy. This Privacy Policy explains what information we collect, why we use it, when it may be shared, and the choices available to you when you use the AutoJev website, hosted MCP server, APIs, playground, and related services (collectively, the "Service").

Information We Collect

We collect the following types of information to provide and improve our service:

1. Account Information — Your name, email address, authentication records, and settings when you create or manage an account.
2. API and Decision Data — Request payloads sent to AutoJev, such as task state, decision questions, candidate actions, tool metadata, and the structured results returned by the Service.
3. Usage and Log Data — API endpoints used, timestamps, response status, latency, approximate token or quota usage, IP address, browser type, and security events.
4. Cookies and Local Storage — Data used for sign-in, security, language, theme, and other preferences.
5. Payment Information — If paid features are offered, billing details are handled by payment processors. AutoJev does not store complete payment-card numbers.

Do not submit passwords, private keys, access tokens, or information you are not authorized to process. You are responsible for deciding what data your agents send to the Service.

How We Use Your Information

We use the data we collect to:

• Provide, maintain, and improve the service.
• Authenticate users, validate API keys, apply usage limits, and secure the Service.
• Process transactions and send related confirmations when paid features are used.
• Send technical notices, security alerts, and support messages.

• Produce aggregated or de-identified analytics that help us understand reliability and product usage.

Decision requests may be processed by model providers needed to return a result. Their handling of that data is also governed by the terms applicable to those providers.

Retention

We retain account and operational data only for as long as needed to provide the Service, meet security and legal obligations, resolve disputes, and enforce agreements. Retention periods may differ by data type. We may retain aggregated or de-identified information where it can no longer reasonably identify you.

Data Security

We use reasonable technical and organizational safeguards, including encryption in transit, access controls, credential hashing, and operational monitoring. No Internet service can guarantee absolute security, so you should protect account credentials and rotate any API key that may have been exposed.

Your Rights

Depending on where you live, you may have rights to access, correct, export, restrict, object to the processing of, or delete personal information. You can update certain information through account settings and request additional assistance through the support channel in your account. We may need to verify your identity before completing a request.

International Processing

AutoJev and its service providers may process information in countries other than your own. Where required, we use appropriate safeguards for cross-border transfers.

Children's Privacy

The Service is intended for business and developer use and is not directed to children under 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13.

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. We will notify you of any material changes by updating the date at the top of this page and, where appropriate, sending a notice through the service.
